Day to Day Job Responsibilities :
- Recruitment/Talent Acquisition :
- Understanding & posting job description according to the business requirements.
- Sourcing candidates from various Job portals & screening their resumes as per requirements.
- Arranging interviews, coordinating hiring process and onboarding new employees.
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Administrative Work:
- Handling Office Administration, stationery Management.
- Maintain files of Important Documents.
- Taking care of the office inventory/assets.
- Other Routine operational day to day activities.
