Job Description

Day to Day Job Responsibilities :

  • Recruitment/Talent Acquisition :
    • Understanding & posting job description according to the business requirements.
    • Sourcing candidates from various Job portals & screening their resumes as per requirements.
    • Arranging interviews, coordinating hiring process and onboarding new employees.
    • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
    • Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
  • Administrative Work:
    • Handling Office Administration, stationery Management.
    • Maintain files of Important Documents.
    • Taking care of the office inventory/assets.
    • Other Routine operational day to day activities.
